1:1 Scotland 1998/00 World Cup Home Shirt
-
Home shirt as worn at the 98 World Cup in France where the Scots went home winless. The Scots started off well as they held the reigning world champions at 1-1 until an unfortunate Tom Boyd own goal gave the result to the Brazilians. They picked up their only point with a 1-1 draw against Norway after Craig Burley's second half goal. Controversially, Scotland were denied a clear first half penalty after Gordon Durie was brought down inside the area. Scotland's 3-0 defeat at the hands of Morocco were enough to send them home.
